, Ukrayna iddialı CO2 azaltma hedefleri belirledi, ancak “çalışmaların büyük kısmı 2030’dan sonraki döneme düşecek” dedi. “Ukrayna endüstrisi şu anda bir ton CO2 salınımı için 15 (euro) cent ödüyor. AB’de fiyat 50 euro’yu ulaştı.”
