The volume of non-performing loans of state-owned banks decreased by 11%

,said the Ministry of Finance. From the beginning of 2021, the volume of non-performing loans of public sector banks decreased by UAH 35 bln ($1.29 bln) or 11%. According to the meeting of the Minister of Finance, Serhiy Marchenko, with the Regional Director of the World Bank, the issue of reducing the share of non-performing loans (NPLs) to a certain level up to 20% was raised.
