The US set a 30-year record for oil exports.

The US reached the highest levels of crude oil and petroleum products exports in three decades, writes Bloomberg. In particular, last week, 11 million barrels of crude oil and oil products including diesel fuel were exported from US ports. This is the highest figure since February 1991. Growth in US energy exports is primarily due to an increase in diesel fuel supply (+20%). The volume of crude oil sales abroad has exceeded 4 million barrels per day. This happened for the first time since the end of 2015 when the United States lifted a ten-year export ban.
