Underscoring the importance of this moment for the administration, VP Kamala Harris, Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas are set to attend the Munich Security Conference while President Biden travels to Poland next week. However, a senior Biden administration official noted that it is increasingly difficult for the White House to get bicameral support for this level of congressional assistance.
