The United States is working with Ukraine on a Plan B to unblock grain exports after Russia’s strike on Odesa. CNN writes about this regarding the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). “Plan B covers the road, rail, and river transport, as well as the dispatch of barges and the adjustment of rail systems. They should be more in line with the European system so that exports can move faster,” USAID noted. The US noted that it is necessary to consider various unforeseen circumstances because Putin cannot be trusted.
