The Ukrainian Parliament to impose a special duty on imports of all energy resources from Russia.

The Committee on Energy and Housing and Communal Services has proposed to introduce a single special duty of 4-5% on the import of diesel fuel, gasoline, liquefied gas, electricity, coal (brands G, A, P). “The additional funds received to the budget will be used to improve the state’s defense capabilities and projects related to strengthening Ukraine’s energy security”, said the Chairman of the Committee, Andriy Gerus.
