A British company has learned how to manufacture Soviet-style tracks in order to supply Ukrainian armored vehicles with them. The Fund for Ukraine and Britain signed a contract with the world’s leading developer and manufacturer of vehicle tracks, Cook Defense Systems (CDS), to supply sets of tracks for Ukraine.
The agreement provides for the supply of kits for 500 units of Ukrainian military equipment. These are British vehicles, including Challenger 2 tanks and Soviet armored vehicles.
At the same time, as Israel’s Permanent Representative to the UN, Gilad Erdan, stated, the country plans to hand over early warning systems for missile strikes and drone attacks to the Ukrainian army to help protect civilians from Russian attacks.
