The state has enhanced the process for establishing industrial parks, allocating ₴500M for their development.

Starting in 2025, the Ministry of Economy will start accepting applications for state support of industrial parks, through August 15. Last year, the government backed 15 parks with ₴1.1B, which funded 33 new industrial infrastructure projects. An additional ₴500M will be available for 2025. Initiators of new parks can receive up to ₴150M on co-financing terms to build engineering and transport infrastructure, as well as compensation for network connection.
Additionally, the Cabinet of Ministers has modified the application and funding allocation process, allowing applicants to submit multiple applications over two years, totaling ₴150M, which aids in the better planning of large projects. Moreover, funds from local budgets, loans, and grants can also be used for co-financing, rather than relying solely on a developer’s internal funding.
Currently, there are 25 factories either under construction or completed in industrial parks, over 100,000 square meters of industrial real estate have been developed, and around 200 MW of electrical capacity is accessible. Approximately 100 parks have already been established.
