The Odesa Champagne Factory was sold for UAH 195M.

The 122-year-old Odessa Champagne Factory, located on French Boulevard, was sold at an online auction for UAH195M ($6.85M). According to State property fund officials, seven companies took part in the bidding, and the starting price more than doubled. In addition, the buyer is obliged to continue wine production for three years and enter into protection agreements for architectural monuments – the entrance arch and the main building.
