The Nova group is launching its own energy company to generate electricity, including renewable energy.

In connection with the strikes by the Russian Federation on the energy system, the Nova group of companies has decided to create the Nova Energy company, which will develop electricity generation, including electricity generated by the sun and gas, ensuring the autonomy of the company’s facilities, co-owner of the company Volodymyr Popereshnyuk said.

According to him, if regulations and bans do not interfere, entrepreneurs will quickly create the necessary economic capacities, “Because there are no problems that entrepreneurs cannot solve“.

He recalled that at the beginning of the full-scale war, during the period when the Russian Federation attacked Ukrainian refineries and oil depots, resulting in an acute fuel shortage, Nova began to purchase gasoline trucks, tanks, production capacities, and refueling complexes to increase fuel autonomy. Currently, the company provides 60% of its fuel needs independently.
