The Ministry of Finance has announced the main financial indicators for the 2024-2026 budgets.

The Ministry of Finance has published instructions for preparing budget requests for the next year. The document suggests setting the dollar exchange rate at UAH 41.4 to $1 for the 2024 state budget project. The financial department also gave a forecast for the dollar exchange rate for the next few years. In 2025, it is predicted to grow to UAH 44.5 per $1 and in 2026 to UAH 43.
In addition, inflation in Ukraine is expected to slow to 10.8%, and in two years to 5.8%.
At the same time, the average salary will grow by 6% in 2024, and the growth will be more dynamic in the following years.
In addition, the document proposes to include a minimum salary of more than UAH 7,000 in the 2024 state budget project. In a few years, the minimum wage will increase to UAH 9,000.
