The management of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi port has named potential investors within the privatization framework.
The port director, Oksana Kiktenko, said the following companies are interested in acquiring the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Trade Port: MSP Nika-Tera company, Potoky, and agricultural holding Nibulon.
The next privatization auction for the seaport is planned for September 16, with a starting price of ₴89M ($2.17M). As the director clarified, several Nibulon representatives went to the enterprise to learn about its capacities. Delegations from MSP Nika-Tera, located on the left bank of the Buzki estuary, 34 miles from the sea, also came to analyze the infrastructure asset.
Nika-Tera is a diversified port providing stevedoring services for transshipment, storage, preparation, and shipment of various cargoes, particularly agricultural products. Potoky representatives also studied the possibility of acquiring the port. The plant specializes in processing oil crops and is located in the city of Dnipro.
