The largest shopping center will be built in the Kyiv region.
A new shopping and entertainment center, the Bucha Gallery, will be built in Bucha, Kyiv. It will be built on the site of the Epicentr hypermarket destroyed by the invaders, said the mayor of Bucha, Anatolii Fedoruk.
According to him, Bucha Gallery is planned to be completed by the end of 2024. The mall will create more than 600 jobs for community residents and generate more than ₴30M in taxes for the local budget annually. The total area of the new shopping and entertainment center will be 97,000 square meters, the largest in the Kyiv region. In addition to its own retail space of 51,500 square meters, another 14,500 square meters will be leased to other operators.
The owners of the shopping center plan to open ten restaurants at once. Like all new shopping centers, it will have innovative technical equipment, solar panels, and charging hubs for electric cars.
