The Kyiv median rental price per square meter increased by 4%.

The median cost of renting a square meter of residential real estate in Kyiv in December 2021 was $10, and the median rental property rate in Kyiv is $485. According to portal Address.ua, the median rental price of residential real estate in Kyiv in December 2021 was 3.8% lower than in November 2021 but 4% higher than in December 2020. The median rental price per square meter of one-room apartments was $11, 2-room $10, 3-room $9. The most expensive district of Kyiv for rent is the Pechersk district, with the median cost of rent being $977 per apartment or $15 / sq. m. In second place Shevchenkivsky at $614 per apartment or $12 / sq. m., in third place – Holosiivskyi district at $554 or $12 / sq. m.
