The guarantee fund will auction Prominvestbank’s loans.

On February 1, 2023, Prozorro.Sales auction platform will hold an auction for the sale of the assets of PJSC Prominvestbank, which the Deposit Guarantee Fund is liquidating. The lot includes claims under credit agreements concluded with a legal entity – one of the largest machine-building complexes in Ukraine and Europe that produces industrial equipment. It is noted that the contracted amount in arrears as of the beginning of December 2022 amounted to almost UAH 3.9B. At that time, immovable and movable property, property rights, and goods in circulation were all placed in the bank’s control. The starting price of the lot’s sale is UAH 3.87B ($10M).
