The government is not giving up on trying to find an investor for the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi Seaport and has announced a new auction.
The Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi seaport in the Odessa region has been put up for auction again, this time on October 31. The starting price is almost ₴178M ($4.32M). The winner must also pay 20% VAT and repay the company’s debts. The state has tried to sell the port more than ten times.
The State Property Fund is also selling the property complex that belonged to the Odessa Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise. That auction is scheduled for November 8, and the starting price is ₴46.37M. The conditions of the sale are maintaining the enterprise’s profile for 10 years, no employee dismissals for six months, and repaying company’s debts. The prosthetic factory currently has no accounts payable, and its sales volume for 2021–2023 is ₴86.43M.
In addition, the State Property Fund has scheduled the next online auction to sell the Aeroc aerated concrete plant, previously confiscated from its Russian owners. The starting price is ₴965.33M.
