The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine exempted several military and dual-use goods from state export control during martial law. “We are talking about goods our soldiers need at the frontline or representatives of certain professions, such as journalists traveling to war zones,” Minister of Economy Yuliya Svyridenko noted. In addition, dual-purpose goods necessary for protecting the civilian population are exempted from state export control. In particular, the list includes metal and non-metal armored plates, helmets, helmet cases, and cushioning pads.
