In connection with the full-scale war waged by the Russian Federation against Ukraine, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine decided to close the seaports until the resumption of control over these seaports is established. Taking this measure is made necessary by the inability to service ships, passengers, cargo, transport, and other related economic activities, as well as an ability to ensure an adequate level of shipping safety and the protection of the environment at a time when Russia continues to wage hostilities in these regions, which threatens human life and health.
