The Russians continue cyber-attacks on Ukraine.

Ukraine is still experiencing intense pressure in cyberspace from Russian hackers, but, likely, their potential has already reached its maximum. They have already demonstrated all their available tools and technologies. The Ukraine Government Communication Agency reminds that those Russian hackers will not be able to develop different lines of attack as they did before due to sanctions. However, the State Communications Service emphasizes that Russian hackers are still a severe threat to the entire world. They should not be underestimated, but they should not be overestimated. They are highly qualified and motivated to attack not only Ukraine but also other democracies, although they are facing particularly difficult resource and material constraints.
