The French electricity distribution company, Enedis, will undertake a master plan to develop Ukrainian power grids.
The Minister of Energy of Ukraine, Herman Galushchenko, and the President of Enedis, Marianne Lenyo, agreed on cooperative work to develop a master plan for the improvement of Ukraine’s power grids. According to the company’s president, creating this document will take several months. Enedis is ready to send its experts to Ukraine to offer their experience in power grid management, strengthening cyber protection, digitalizing processes, and increasing the efficiency of electric energy transmission by reducing losses, as well as in the field of consumer interaction. The company has already provided three shiopments of equipment for the energy sector, including generators, and plans to continue helping Ukrainian energy companies with repairs after Russian shelling.
