The electronic queue service will be launched in October at Ukrainian border checkpoints.

According to Deputy Minister of Infrastructure Mustafa Nayem, the first stage involves launching a pilot project at one of the checkpoints. In the test mode, the web portal will work by enabling entrance into the queue from any exit point. A mobile application will appear by the end of the year. The system will provide integration with customs databases for the prioritization of cargo. The system will independently manage cargo flows depending on the group of goods according to the data from the previous customs declaration. Carriers will be able to use the e-queue for free. “E-queue will save time spent waiting for passage across the border at any convenient location,” Nayem explained. The project has already been presented to carriers.
