The average price per square meter in new buildings is increased by 25.7% in Kyiv.

During the period January-November 2021, the price increased by 21% to 43,200 UAH per square meter. In USD the price increased by 25.7% to $1,588, said the founder of proptech-company M4U, Volodymyr Danylenko. At the beginning of the year, an average of 56% of apartments were sold in buildings under active construction and sales. At the beginning of November, sales reached a record level of 68%. For comparison, at the beginning of 2019, this figure was at the level of 40-45%.
