The Affordable Mortgage program provided 1.2 B in loans.

As of January 13, 2022, authorized banks under a 7% Affordable Mortgage program, signed over 1,417 loan agreements totaling UAH 1.221 B ($ 44 M) for both primary (22.39%) and secondary (respectively – 77.61%) markets, reported The Ministry of Finance. In total, the authorized banks received 1,943 applications for participation in the program for a total of UAH 1.680 B.
