Separately, the European Investment Bank has approved a €58 million loan to improve vocational education in Ukraine.

The money will help create up to 10 regional centers of excellence in vocational education and training in Ukraine. The money follows a similarly sized project under the EU4Skills program, funded since 2019 by the European Commission, Germany, Poland, Finland and Estonia.
