The World Bank has approved a $90 million loan to Ukraine to help buy vaccines to combat the Covid-19 pandemic,

the Bank reported yesterday. Designed to help Ukraine vaccinate 10 million people, about one third of all adults, the program will also help pay for improvement in the infrastructure for storage and logistics of vaccines.
