Russia has stolen steel from factories and ports in Ukraine, part of which is intended for customers in Great Britain. The losses are estimated at $600M, the general director of Metinvest stated, as reported by the BBC. Ryzhenkov said that public and company sources reported that the steel was shipped to Russia and sold in their domestic market or to countries in Africa and Asia. He added that the company is documenting as many of the thefts as possible and is preparing to file a lawsuit soon.
