Russia continues to block millions of tons of Ukrainian grain bound for export.

Russia has blocked all seaports and trade routes through which Ukrainian grain was exported worldwide. As a result, millions of tons of grain remain stranded in Ukrainian ports. Russia’s actions inevitably lead to a food crisis globally, said President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the Al Arabiya TV channel. “You have to understand that Russian ships have blocked all trade routes. Everyone sees it. There are data from space intelligence that cannot be refuted. Today, there are no warships in the Black Sea except for the Russian ships,” Zelenskyy said. According to the UN World Food Program, almost 4.5 tons of grain are blocked in Ukrainian ports, and the grain cannot be exported through closed sea routes amid Russia’s military invasion.
