Reznikov summed up the “weapons” results from the NATO summit: Ukraine will receive €1.5B in support.

According to the Minister of Defense, the aid consists of seven packages. The largest is from Germany for €700M, which includes 25 Leopard 1A5 tanks, 40 Marder 1A3 BMPs, 2two Patriot air defense systems, five Bergepanzer 2 armored recovery vehicles, 20,000 artillery pieces, and 5,000 smoke shells.

Australia will supply 30 Bushmaster APCs, and France will supply SCALP missiles and additional engineering equipment for demining.

Canada will provide $410M in new funding to support Ukraine and strengthen the military with armored vehicles.

Norway will provide 1,000 Black Hornet Micro Drones, a NASAMS support package, and increased their budget for military aid to Ukraine from $240M to $930M. There are also agreements to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense and artillery potential.

The package from the UK contains more than 70 combat vehicles, thousands of rounds of tank ammunition, and $64.7M for equipment repair.

The Netherlands agreed to begin training Ukrainian pilots in August and to strengthen the capabilities of Ukraine’s air defense and artillery.
