It should be noted that 1,800 lease auctions and 893 land expropriation auctions have been announced. The total area of ​​land offered for lease reached over 13,000 hectares. The cost of such lots is UAH 66 M ($2.4 M). The five regions with the highest starting value of lots included Odesa; Khmelnytsky; Kirovohrad; Kyiv; and Lviv oblasts. The most expensive cost of an annual land lease is in the Odesa region, reaching over UAH 11,000 ($ 400) per hectare. The total area of ​​land sold through Prozorro.Sales is over 1300 hectares. These lots are estimated at UAH 776 M ($ 28 M). According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the price increase at the auction has already reached about 200%.
