Prices for new apartments in the Ukrainian capital have risen by 35% in a year, and in Lviv, by 82.7%.

In February 2023, the average price per square meter in new buildings in Kyiv was UAH 61,200 ($1,675), which is 36.1% more than before the start of the full-scale war, according to M4U. It is noted that the growth rate correlates with the increase in construction cost and the devaluation of the hryvnia. However, in February, compared to January, the price of new apartments in the capital decreased by 1.2%. In the Kyiv region and suburbs, at the beginning of February 2023 the price of a square meter increased by 34.1% on average to UAH 31,800.
