President Zelenskyy is holding bilateral meetings at the UN General Assembly to strengthen Kyiv’s military support.

President Zelenskyy is in New York and meeting with the leaders of Germany, India, and Japan to enhance Kyiv’s military support.

With German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, Zelenskyy discussed how to bring a just peace closer. “The main thing is to preserve unity,” noted the Ukrainian leader.

He also met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi: “The main focus during the conversation strengthening our cooperation at international platforms, particularly the UN and the G20, as well as the implementation of the Peace Formula and preparation for the second Peace Summit.”

Zelenskyy also held talks with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida regarding energy aid.

In addition, the Ukrainian leader met with his counterpart from Paraguay, Santiago Peña. “Ukraine wants to end this war and restore a just peace as soon as possible, and support from the countries of Latin America is important to us,” Zelenskyy emphasized.

Another important meeting took place with American congressmen. “I look forward to our meetings in Washington, where I will present the Victory Plan,” Zelenskyy noted.
