Pinchuk’s Geo Alliance buys out Arawak’s 50% stake.

Geo Alliance Group Limited, owned by Victor Pinchuk, has completed a deal purchasing a 50% stake in Geo-Alliance Oil-Gas Public Limited, which combines Ukrainian oil and gas assets with Arawak Energy Ukraine B.V., a subsidiary of the Vitol Group. “As a result of the agreement, Geo Alliance Group Limited and its shareholders became 100% owners of Geo-Alliance Oil-Gas Public Limited,” announced Geo Alliance.
