“Phantoms” will begin to monitor safety on the roads of Ukraine.

 According to the Minister of Internal Affairs Denis Monastyrsky, the new phantom police cars  have a primarily preventive function. Their task is to prevent driving offenses and their potentially negative consequences on the road. Phantom cars will have no identification marks and will be able to capture data from many objects at once in both directions of traffic. Furthermore, the system will transmit information, and the violator will be fined for speeding, ” said the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
