Natural gas prices last week decreased by 7.1%.

 In February, the starting prices of natural gas on the Ukrainian Energy Exchange (UEE) from January 31 to February 4, 2022, decreased by 7.07%. On January 31, the starting price of natural gas in February was UAH 38,200 ($1,364) per 1 thousand cubic meters, and on February 4 UAH 35,500 ($1,268) per 1 thousand cubic meters. Between January 31 and February 4, 17 companies applied for the purchase and sale of natural gas at unregulated prices. In total, 9.75 million cubic meters of gas were sold on the long-term market, reported the UEE.
