NATO will discuss defense and energy support for Ukraine.
Ministers of foreign affairs of NATO countries will discuss the provision of new weapons, ammunition, and military equipment to Ukraine at a meeting in Bucharest on November 29-30. According to Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, he will go to Bucharest for a meeting of the Council of Ministers of NATO and then to Lodz for a meeting of the Council of Ministers of the OSCE. According to Kuleba, for the first time, the NATO meeting will be equally devoted to issues of defense (new weapons, new ammunition, new military equipment for Ukraine) and energy because energy has also turned into a weapon. “There will be more solutions for the Ukrainian army and for the Ukrainian people who are resisting,” the minister emphasized. He clarified that he plans to meet with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, and the head of European diplomacy Josep Borrell.
