On the morning of October 10, the Russian Federation damaged 11 critical infrastructure facilities in 8 regions including the city of Kyiv, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal reported. The head of the government added that some regions were cut off. “We need to be prepared for temporary interruptions in electricity, water supply, and communication,” Shmyhal said. He emphasized that the primary goal of the war criminals is to sow panic, frighten, and leave Ukrainians without light and heat.
