Minister of Economy names key priority projects for national GDP growth.

According to Minister of Economy Yulia Svyridenko, the government is focusing on several key priority projects that will help accelerate the growth of the national GDP. Some of these projects are:

1. to increase Ukrainian exports by signing free trade agreements
2. to reduce energy dependence by reducing gas imports and directing the state savings to more critical projects for Ukrainians through a major program of thermal modernization, reducing energy usage.
3. to remove some restrictions and expand the Mortgage at 5% program to more Ukrainians.
4. to launch an irrigation project to change the approach to agriculture in the south of the country by constructing and repairing the canals and installing new irrigation systems to increase the harvest.
