Ukrainian entrepreneurs (FOP), who moved due to the attack of the Russian Federation on Ukraine, are not obliged to pay taxes or submit a tax return, Lithuanian authorities have officially announced. At the same time, there are several conditions. First, entrepreneurs must be registered as sole proprietors in Ukraine and pay taxes there. Second, the rule applies to those who moved to Lithuania after February 24 due to the war and work under contracts concluded in Ukraine before moving. Third, if the FOP concludes any new agreements in Lithuania, it will lose their exemption on paying taxes.
