Kyiv real estate developer has kept every Ukrainian project alive and is investing hundreds of millions of dollars.

Arricano Real Estate plc continues to invest in restoring the Sunny Gallery shopping center in Kryvyi Rih and constructing the Lukianivka shopping center in Kyiv, Arricano’s top manager Margus Kurm said.

One of the assets, the Sunny Gallery, was damaged in a Russian missile attack on January 8, 2024. So far, the company has invested ₴17.5M and plans to restore the building completely.

According to Kurm, the total budget for the Lukianivka shopping center is approximately $145M, and the company has currently committed $84M.

Over its almost two decades of work in the Ukrainian market, Arricano has invested more than $600M into the Ukrainian economy.

Kurm added: “By changing the pool of tenants, we are already increasing the representation of Ukrainian manufacturers and will increase this trend, as well as provide more opportunities to local and regional brands.”
