Kovalska will become one of Ukraine’s largest producers of aerated concrete after completing the launch of a new €100M plant.

The Kovalska Industrial and Construction Group is finalizing preparations for the initial phase of a modern autoclaved aerated concrete facility with an annual production capacity of nearly 600,000 cubic meters. Once the second phase is commissioned, the capacity will rise to 1.2 million cubic meters per year, establishing Kovalska Gazobeton as one of the largest producers of autoclaved aerated concrete in Ukraine. Investment in the construction of both phases will exceed €100M.
The facility is being developed on an industrial site spanning over 140 hectares, situated 40 km from Lviv. Lime and sand quarries, along with the necessary industrial assets for their processing, are already operational.
Within the same territory there are plans to build a Siltek dry mix plant, which, in conjunction with the aerated concrete plant and quarries, will create Kovalska’s western industrial hub. The new production facility’s proximity to EU borders facilitates the sale of goods both domestically and for export.
