Italy’s allocation of €110m to Ukraine is a sign of solidarity and support, announced Italian Foreign Minister, Luigi Di Mayo. “I told my colleague Dmitry Kuleba that I had just signed a resolution on the immediate payment of €110M to the Kyiv government as a concrete expression of Italy’s solidarity and support for the people with whom we have fraternal relations,” he said. Martial law was imposed in Ukraine, and general mobilization was announced. Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian military has defended Kyiv, Chernihiv, Mariupol and Kharkiv. According to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Russia lost 4,300 troops during the three days of the war.
