Investors are being sought in Ukraine across various industries.


In the Chernihiv region, a newly built flour mill with a capacity of 130 tons per day and grain warehouses able to hold over 20,000 tons are on the market for $2.6M. The facility is situated 30 kilometers from Chernihiv, covering a total area of 3.5 hectares and comprising over 11,000 square meters of production and warehouse space. The mill produces high-grade flour. Additionally, there is a project underway to build another elevator with a total capacity of up to 27,500 tons.
In the Vinnytsia region, an enterprise producing fuel and feed pellets, along with zoohygienic bedding from organic raw materials, is available for $3M. This plant has a capacity of 55,000 tons per year, comes with international certification, and exports over 95% of its products to the EU and the Middle East. The enterprise is located on a land parcel of 6.3 hectares.
In the village of Batyovo (Transcarpathia), an industrial land plot of 16.3 hectares is being offered for $2.5M. The property is just 50 meters from the international highway and close to several international checkpoints. The most suitable use options include the construction of an elevator, a logistics hub, production facilities, or an industrial park.
