In the new economic model, Ukraine will become a resource center of Europe.

“The large-scale war created new challenges and work priorities, forcing us to rethink the role of the ‘Ukrainian architecture of reforms’ project,” noted Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during a video call with the EBRD team.
He clarified that it is planned to focus activities on ten key directions and reforms: development of a new economic model with Ukraine as a resource center of Europe, reform of the civil security sector, updated veteran policy, energy reform aimed at energy independence and modernization, recovery, large-scale social reform, support business projects, new trends in education reform, customs reform, and public administration reform.
