In September, the second phase of the KYT industrial park will be launched in the Kyiv region.
The second phase’s launch is located in Bucha (Kyiv region), where the production of building materials, metal-plastic doors, and windows is planned, and is scheduled for September 2025.
Although this project was only entered into the state register six months ago, a three-level building is already in place, with part of it occupied by a Nova Poshta distribution point. The remaining completed area is awaiting tenants. Preliminary negotiations have occurred with two manufacturers of consumer goods.
Notably, the project’s main feature is its three-level buildings, each with a ceiling height of six meters. This design allows for convenient placement of production facilities and access for freight transport. The park’s third phase, which will include office space, is set to open next year, followed by the start of the fourth phase.
Entrepreneurs who relocated to the capital region from the Donbas are driving these ambitious plans. Last year, the government allocated ₴2.28M to the KYT park for infrastructure development, and the Bucha City Council reduced the land fee for industrial parks to 0.5%.
