The minister announced that various events will take place at the UN, Kyiv, and in many other world capitals, which will send a very clear signal to the Russian President. “If you, Putin, are playing the game of attrition and think that time is on your side, then you are deeply mistaken. Because unity with Ukraine is only growing every day, and you will lose this war,” the minister emphasized. Kuleba also announced the strengthening of sanctions, which will be part of a signal of unity dedicated to Ukrainian victory. Another such signal are the US President Joe Biden plans to visit Poland on February 20.
