Health officials are testing a QR code certificate that would give vaccinated people special access to concerts and other public gatherings

, Ihor Kuzin, Ukraine’s Chief Sanitary Doctor, says in a lenthy interview with Ukrayinska Pravda. He says: “We will consider it after the testing is complete. It will be a QR code that will prove its holder has undergone vaccination, already recovered, or received a negative PCR or antigen test result.”
