Due to the Russian military aggression, only five ports in Ukraine are partially able to process cargo from the fleet and shipments by rail and road, reported the Ministry of Infrastructure. It is noted that the Mykolaiv, Olvia, Pivdenniy, Odesa, and Chernomorsk ports cannot process cargo from the fleet and shipment by rail and road at full capacity. The ports of Mariupol, Berdyansk, Skadovsk, and Kherson are temporarily closed. Port Belhorod-Dnistrovskiy is not operating due to a lack of fleet and cargo. The entry and exit of ships are temporarily impossible. The Ministry of Infrastructure added that the Dnipro lock infrastructure south of Kyiv is in working order, except for the Kakhovka lock, which Russia seized.
