Dragon Capital launched the first stage of an industrial park in the Lviv region – the World Bank has insured the investment.

Investment company Dragon Capital put into operation the first phase of the M10 Lviv Industrial Park – a class A warehouse complex with an area of 14,400 square meters.

The industrial park is located in the Ryasne-2 industrial zone in Lviv, 60 km from the Krakowec border crossing with Poland. The park’s territory covers an area of 23.5 hectares and consists of six plots planned for storage and production premises, with a total area of 140,000 square meters.

At the beginning of 2023, Dragon Capital proudly welcomed the EBRD as a partner in the industrial park.

“In September, MIGA, which is part of the World Bank group, insured our investments against military risks“, the company noted.

The further development of the industrial park project involves the construction of warehouse complexes in the build-to-suit format (design and construction of the object according to customer specifications).
