Blinken and Borrell condemn the missile assault tactics of the Russian Federation.

 The heads of EU and US diplomacy condemned the “criminal attacks” and “terrible tactics” of the Russian Federation, which on November 23 carried out another massive missile attack on energy infrastructure facilities. “Millions of people across Ukraine hid in shelters as Russia fired missiles at them again today. The ongoing attacks against infrastructure are aimed at keeping Ukraine’s civilian population in the cold and in the dark. This horrific tactic will not break the resolve of Ukraine and its partners,” US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said on Twitter.
