Astrobuild will manage two industrial parks in the Kyiv region with a total investment in the hundreds of millions of dollars.

The Astrobuild managing company consolidated the management of industrial assets in two industrial parks – Bila Tserkva and Bila Tserkva 2 – projects of the UFuture holding company. The consolidation aims to create a more effective mechanism for managing the asset portfolio, centralizing some service and management functions.

In particular, the full development of Bila Tserkva 2 should create more than 1,100 new jobs, with collective annual wages of more than ₴400M. The total investment in its full development will amount to about $154.9M.

In turn, the business plan for the Bila Tserkva park, where only 33% of the area (12 hectares) remains vacant, has not undergone significant change. 41,000 square meters of production and warehouse space have already been built, 14 residents have been attracted, and about $50M has been invested. The park’s concept allows for the construction of an additional 52,000 square meters of industrial buildings and another potential $47.5M in investment.
